By accessing and using Kora ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Kora is a Korean language learning platform that provides:

  • Flashcard-based spaced repetition learning
  • Deck management and organization
  • AI-powered voice conversation practice
  • Progress tracking and analytics

User Accounts

To use Kora, you must create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of your learning data, including flashcard reviews, progress, and study history. By using the App, you grant us the right to store and process this data to provide and improve our services.

AI Voice Practice

Our AI voice practice features use OpenAI's technology to provide conversational practice. Voice data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers. You agree that AI-generated responses are for educational purposes and may not always be 100% accurate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without our permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Kora and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the App or contacting us directly. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
